The market is part of Gosman’s Dock, which was founded in 1943 by Mary and Robert Gosman who worked as fishdrummers, or agents of Fulton Market. Today, Gosman’s Fish Market supplies the public and many of the East End’s restaurants and fish stores with the freshest seafood available.
